Introduction
I’ve created this guide to show the method I used on my own photo booth business to keep my Facebook page active all year round without the need to think about actively posting each day. With a little bit of work and a $39 life time investment you can be up and running with my easy to use strategy and have a Facebook page with posts everyday
I created 12 posts in 7 categories, 1 for each day of the week, and then enabled each post to be recycled, so once all my posts have been posted it will recycle through them all again indefinitely. It’s important to create your schedule list first so you’re not overwhelmed by the number of posts as this will let you see that many of them require little effort.
Here’s my ad schedule
Monday Meme – Photo booth related from the net
Tuesday Images – 4 images from the booth/business
Wednesday – Buying booth – specific to buying my booths
Thursday – Reviews – Screengrab of reviews with a bit of text
Friday – Hire post – Posts Specific to hiring a booth
Saturday – Video post – Video from the booth/business
Sunday – Venue – Posts about venues near me
With this configuration, I will have posts scheduled every day forevermore. You can also keep adding posts to each category at a later date. With this initial setup, there will be over 80 posts before a post ever repeats which will be completely unnoticeable to anyone visiting your page. This will look great to visitors and also indicates to Facebook that you have an active page which is something Facebook’s algorithms take into account if you start an advertising campaign.
Creating posts
The laborious part comes in creating the posts but I’ve come up with a strategy to simplify it so you can be up and running in no time.
Memes
Download 12 business-related memes from the internet – easy
Images
2 to 4 images per post (I chose 4) this means you need at least 24 images relating you your business for the 12 posts. I also add a little one-liner something along the lines of “ A few pictures from one of our recent jobs”
Buying a booth
4 different messages created 4 different ways
text only
text and picture
text and video
text and link
So for this I create 4 messages related to buying my booths and then recreate it using the 4 different methods above
Reviews
Hopefully you have plenty of reviews about your business to post about, I simply picked 12 and took a screengrab and wrote a small message to go with it
Hire a booth
4 different messages created 4 different ways
text only
text and picture
text and video
text and link
Same method as hiring a booth, create 4 messages related to buying my booths and then recreate it using the 4 different methods above
Video posts
Put together 12 videos related to your business
You may already have these, or you could create video slide shows or possibly use someone from fiverr.com to create some videos for you. Another way is just get an app such as … to create random video messages
Venue
I simply posted about wedding venues near me using an image and text from their site along with a link to their site. Venues may not suit your business but the thinking behind this post is to promote a business other than your own on your Facebook page. The good thing about this is you can use some text/images from there site.
Now you have created all the posts and have the images/videos ready it’s time to create them.
Posting
Now here’s the step by step guide to how I set it up
First add your account by clicking add account, then follow the instructions to add your Facebook page

Next click accounts at the top, select your account icon then click posting
schedule on the left.
Click create time slot and you need to create a time slot for each day of the week with the time you want the post to go out. You also need to add a label to each time slot for each post category, for example below (my labels are in bold).

Monday Meme – Photo booth related from the
net
Tuesday Images – 4 images from the
booth
Wednesday – Buying booth – specific
to buying my booths
Thursday – Reviews – Screen grab of reviews
Friday – Hire post – Specific to hiring
a booth
Saturday – Video post – Video from
the booth
Sunday – Venue – Posts about venues
near me
Creating the Posts
Go to create and make sure you select the correct account on the left
Then create your first post by adding the text/images/videos required for that post
Click schedule and select recycle, if this doesn’t appear click “change method”
Choose the label you created earlier and select the number of weeks if you have 12 posts choose 12 weeks and tick the box that says “recycle only if there are no schedule posts”
Then click the recycle button.

That’s it
That’s it for your first post now you need to repeat this for every post in the category making sure you select the correct label. Once you have created all the posts in that category move onto the next category. Once complete you should have a good understanding on how it all works and understand you can simply add to each category to increase the number of posts in the rotation.
Now for the app, this app typical cost is $90 per month But the following link will allow you to purchase it for $39 for a lifetime license which is unbelievable value for money.

Using the methods you would have a post every day without any further effort. As well as this you can still post as normal with anything going on in your business or current affairs. Also you don’t have to post every day of the week, but I would advise you post at least 3 times week
